Janice was an absolute angel. I was gifted her book that she wrote about the transition to Assisted Living. I called her the day I read it. Janice was so knowledgeable with every step of the transition from moving my Parents from their home to Assisted Living. Unfortunately, my Dad passed during the few months that my family worked with Janice. She was there for me thru the whole thing. We were in contact from the trip to the hospital via ambulance, skilled nursing, to hospice. She was there for my Mom to help with selling her home and finding assisted living and continued with care and advice after my Mom moved into the facility. When I was told by the administrator of the memory care facility where my husband was living that he threatened to elope, I needed to find a more secure facility.
