As a member of the National Placement and Referral Alliance, Janice holds true to the NPRA belief that all seniors and their families should have access to a trusted advocate who is on their side to help them navigate housing options for their aging loved ones. Through its initiatives and advocacy for senior care legislation and strong belief in the protection and promotion of the older adult population, NPRA is on a mission to professionalize the industry through standardized best practices, a code of ethics and the creation and promotion of the CPRS certification.
