Janice was an absolute angel. I was gifted her book that she wrote about the transition to Assisted Living. I called her the day I read it. Janice was so knowledgeable with every step of the transition from moving my Parents from their home to Assisted Living. Unfortunately, my Dad passed during the few months that my family worked with Janice. She was there for me thru the whole thing. We were in contact from the trip to the hospital via ambulance, skilled nursing, to hospice. She was there for my Mom to help with selling her home and finding assisted living and continued with care and advice after my Mom moved into the facility. I cannot say enough good things about Janice! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a Senior Liaison.

When I was told by the administrator of the memory care facility where my husband was living that he threatened to elope, I needed to find a more secure facility. I contacted Janice, she was familiar with enough memory care assisted living facilities in the area, so she knew which ones to consider. She walked me through step by step, guiding me to a memory care facility that was secure enough so that my husband would not be able to climb over the fence, which he had done at the previous one. Not only did she help find a new facility, but she facilitated the transfer making sure every need was met.
I cannot thank her enough for helping thru this emotionally challenging time. She also was knowledgeable of how to apply for financial assistance to pay for the facility.
